We are an independent insurance agency in New Braunfels, TX. This notice is about this website. An insurance policy, and the insurance company that issues it, has its own privacy notice. That notice controls how the carrier handles information once coverage is being quoted or is in force.

Information you give us

When you use a contact or quote form, call us, or email us, you may give us:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and ZIP code or property address
• The kind of coverage you are asking about
• Details you choose to share about a vehicle, home, or business
• Anything you write in a message

We use that information to reply, prepare a quote, and, if you become a client, to service your policies. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request you sent. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts.

Phone calls, call tracking, and recording

The main number published on this website is 830-387-4032. We use CallRail to understand which page or ad a call came from. CallRail may replace that number on the page with a tracking number. A call to a tracking number still rings our office.

Calls to our office may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and to make sure we follow up. CallRail keeps call details such as the number you called from, the time of the call, the tracking number you dialed, and a recording when recording is turned on. Do not leave sensitive information, such as a full Social Security number or payment card number, in a voicemail or on a recorded call unless we specifically ask you to.

Cookies, analytics, and ads

This website uses cookies and similar tools:

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where visits come from, and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics sets cookies for that measurement. We use those reports to improve the site. We do not use them to sell your information.
• Call tracking. CallRail may set a cookie so it can show the right tracking number and connect a later phone call to the visit that led to it.

• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact information for as long as we need it to respond, to service a policy, and to meet our recordkeeping duties. Call recordings are kept according to our CallRail settings and those same duties. When we no longer need the information, we delete it or strip out details that identify you.

Your choices

You can reach us by phone instead of using a form. You can ask us what information we have from a form you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do that when we can. We may need to keep some records for insurance, tax, or legal reasons, or because a carrier already has them under its own notice.
